Meet Some of our Associates:
Khatibi Djalali, Executive Vice President
Mr. Khatibi operates from Dubai, UAE. He has 20 years of Petroleum Engineering and
International Business experience. He has built various oil refineries throughout the Middle
East and designed plans for Chinese, Indian and African clients. In addition, Mr. Khatibi
oversees the operation of a coal mine, and two oil refineries. He also handles trade of Oil
Products such as bitumen, gasoline and many other oil base products. He holds a BS of
Engineering and an MA in Accounting from the University of Tehran 1990.
Xiao Xiao
Ms. Xiao is our Asia Business Consultant with broad experience in the retail, designer artifacts,
jewelry, apparel and furniture manufacturing industries of Asia. She is located in Beijing and
caters to our Asian and Western clients in need of support in that region. Ms. Xiao is a
graduate of Nankai University with a BA in Business.
Michael G. Ben Aaman
Mr. Aaman is our New York City Business Consultant with considerable experience in Market
Research, Business Valuations, Business Transfers, Environmental Science, Wastewater
Treatment and Marketing for Business Investors. Mr. Aaman holds a BA in physics &
Chemistry and advanced studies in Philosophy from Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY.
Stanley Votruba
Mr. Votruba is an Economist and provides International Business Development for the New
York Region, Europe and South America. He has extensive experience in Business
Development, Strategic/Financial Planning, Contract Valuation, Finance, Creation of Brand
Equity, Marketing, Staffing, Site Selection, Training and the ability to interface with the
Diplomatic, Financial and Legal community. Mr. Votruba is committed to providing
uncompromising goal oriented service and posses a proven ability to exceed expectations. He
is based out of New York, Prague and Buenos Aires. Mr. Votruba holds a MA in Economics as
well as a BA in Economics and Psychology. Mr. Votruba possess numerous Professional
Licensees in Banking, Real Estate, Insurance and other Financial Fields. He is fluent, in
English, Czech, Slovak, German and conversational Spanish.
Greg Ammons, VP Communications
Greg has 25 years in radio and television as a director, producer, research writer and reporter,
covering multiple subjects including business, IT, corporate and education programs. His most recent stint was as a
feature reporter covering hi-tech issues for WWRC's "Business Radio AM 570." He partnered with a small group to form
HBA Visual Productions, producers of television commercials; and has been involved in international business
development for the Arab Network of America; and Washington producer for the United Broadcasting Network. Greg has
won numerous awards for his work and holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, 1990.
