Dr. Guil Protus, P.E. is a registered Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience in soil and rock mechanics
modeling for dynamic loads. Dr. Protus is an expert in soil and rock structural interaction having performed finite
element analysis of concrete and steel structures that interact with soil and rock to analyze how the entire system will
perform under both static and dynamic loading. He has recently modeled stress fields for a concrete lined tunnel, tieback
anchor interaction, combination cantilever H-pile, and mechanically stabilized earth support structure and shotcrete
lining of tunnels. He modeled the integrity of the Norton Mine in Ohio for static and high pressure air loads, and prepared
conceptual shaft plug designs.

SIDNY RASEKH, AIA, NCARB

Sidney Rasekh is a seasoned professional with outstading project leadership and fiscal management experience in the
fields of architectural practice and planning,project and construction management, real estate development and asset
management with extensive work experience in Integrated Project Delivery Method "IPD".  Sidney has implemented
highly sophisticated and complex projects ranging from high-density residential and commercial to public works,
transportation, recreational and educational facilities.  Sidney has Twenty five years of experience managing multi-
disciplinary teams of professionals including project managers, architects, engineers, planners, contractors, suppliers,
financiers, accountants, legal experts and marketing specialists. Accomplished negotiator and manager on complex
real estate transactions and developments with keen knowledge of legal issues concerning real estate entitlement, joint
venture agreements, construction contracts and commercial real estate finance.
Significant international experience. Have worked in Washington DC, Seattle, Portland Oregon, Shanghai, Vancouver,
Montreal, Ottawa, Regina, Santa Cruz Bolivia.

Russia, Mikhail Gorbachev, to participate in the State of the World Forum in San Francisco, 1996 and 1998. Member,

Work Experience:

Urban Planning and Architecture:
Urban regeneration planning, rezoning, density and air rights transfer proposals, including comprehensive zoning
proposals for several mixed-use, high-rise and high-density residential and commercial development and
rededevelopment projects for major downtown cities such as Montreal, Vancouver and Washington DC.  Worked with
property owners and commercial lenders on land valuation and development potential studies including schematic
design and pro-forma studies for variety of residential and commercial sites.  Advised clients on profitability of a given
project and devised strategy to achieve it. Negotiated with municipalities on behalf of clients on zoning issues.  Advised
developers on the suitability of floor plans in terms of construction efficiency and market acceptability.  Advised Cities on
comprehensive zoning and development process.  Twenty-five years experience with architectural programming,
schematic design, construction documentation, structures, environmental building control systems, value engineering,
construction administration, building code analysis, equivalencies and specification writing.  In addition, multifaceted
project management, construction management, architectural design for solar powered structures, development and
strategic planning.

design architect, project manager and owner's representative on a corporate hospitality project located at 1466 Harvard
St. NW, Washington DC. $8,000,000. - Acted as project architect and general contractor for a private residence located at
930 Hughes Mews Street NW, Washington DC. $2,000,000. - Development proposal, 220-unit condo project,1010 Mass.
Ave, Wash.DC, $75,000,000. -Redevelopment proposal for Plaza of Nations, a three and half acre high-density, high-rise
development site comprising of three residential towers and a hotel tower with a total of 850,000 square feet of
construction and a proposed budget of $450,000,000. - Development proposal for the largest enclosed golf range in the
world to be developed in conjunction with the Jack Nicklaus organization. The development would comprise a six acre
covered golf range, training and club facilities with an estimated budget of $20,000,000. - Mayflower Suites, corporate
hospitality suites, acted as developer and general contractor, 1800 Stephens Street, Vancouver, BC. - Pacific Horizons,
Luxury high-rise condos, acted as developer and general contractor in West Vancouver, BC. $25,000,000. - Fairview

Teaching and Academic Work:  Have lectured on the topic of Architecture and Civilization at the Smithsonian Institution in

XIAO XIAO

Ms. Xiao is our Asia Business Consultant with broad experience in the retail, designer artifacts,
jewelry, apparel and furniture manufacturing industries of  Asia.  She is located in Beijing and
caters to our Asian and Western clients in need of support in that region.  Ms. Xiao is a
graduate of Nankai University with a BA in Business.


Dr. ALEXANDER KLAUS

Alexander Klaus, PHD is an Economist, he provides general management, project administration, training, business
planning, investment project development, consulting, privatization, auditing his global experience is provided from our
Washington area offices and is procured by the diplomatic community for a variety of private and public projects.  He has
10 years of lecturing experience and implementation of training programs in economics, marketing, management
(financial and investment management), banking and micro-crediting; facilitating of conferences, workshops and
seminars.  He has also spent 5 years in legislation drafting for regional economic and business environment
development (including privatization, SME development, public finance and procurement).  In addition, intl. state
companies privatization and restructuring, management consulting, projects administration experience, including
project development, staffing and budgeting, reporting & communications. Extensive experience in providing effective
cooperation between western consulting firms (Arthur Andersen, Price Waterhouse, Coopers & Lybrands former, Dun &
Bradstreet, Arthur D’Little, Chemonics, PADCO, Deloitte & Touche, Braxton Associates, CARANA Corporation, IBTCI,
SOFRECO, West Russia and Smolensk Venture Funds of EBRD) and Russian privatized companies including common
understanding and converting western approach for management decisions in 23 Russian and Middle East projects as
well as extensive participation in USAID funded programs, World Bank, EBRD and EU TACIS funded projects.  Alexander
earned a MA in Economics from Moscow State University in 1980 and a PHD in International Economics from Harvard

GREG AMMONS, VP COMMUNICATIONS

Greg has 25 years in radio and television as a director, producer,  research writer and reporter,
covering multiple subjects including business, IT, corporate and education programs.  His most recent stint was as a
feature reporter covering hi-tech issues for WWRC's "Business Radio AM 570."  He partnered with a small group to form
HBA Visual Productions, producers of television commercials; and has been involved in international business
development for the Arab Network of America; and Washington producer for the United Broadcasting Network.  Greg has
won numerous awards for his work and holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, 1990.
